Like the title states, all of those things stopped working all of a sudden. Any clues as to why? Thanks.
Check fuses and relays first off, then check for good grounds. Find a common point for all.
All fuses, and relays are good. Any other thoughts?
Check for a common ground.
Didn’t notice any beat wires, or disconnects under the seat.
The power seats are not on a switched circuit; ei, you don’t have to have the ignition on to use; while the other two are. This would indicate to me that either the faults are not connected or could be the circuits come together at a common ground. Do you have access to a wiring diagram. (oh for the day when the wiring diagram was in the back of the owners manual)
Ha! Thanks.
I ended up disconnecting the battery for 10 plus minutes as a way to reset all of the systems. I figured if I did that and nothing changed, the seat control unit would be at fault. After I reconnected the battery, all of the things are working again. I’m sure the “hard reset” may be a temporary fix, but at least I’ll know what’s brok n if it happens again.
Thanks again!
Glad it worked. Good luck.
