They are a summer performance tire
Around here in south Alabama summer means afternoon pop-up thunderstorms and drenching downpours. I usually buy all-season tires…thankfully there is no need for studded snow-tires.

Oh, I remember these now, made by Vitour. They came up in an earlier thread and I was a bit suspicious as they were the cheapest of the lot of 15"ers (the only brand under $100), yet supposedly are (the only one) that is fully V-rated. 
Was curious how they could be both. But then B.F. Goodrich, the most expensive $ of the lot (ever since the Pirellis were no longer available), are only S-rated (whereas nearly all the other 15"ers are T-rated). Go figure …
