1953 Jaguar XK120 OTS Body Removal

Oh Boy - what have I done. I just inherited a 1953 XK120 OTS from a family member that has been sitting in the Nevada desert for 25 years uncovered. Looks like only surface rust but obviously needs a frame off restoration. If there a guide for step by step on how best to accomplish this beginning step?

I just want to highlight that if there is any structural rust, make sure this is repaired before body removal.
