I read that I need to remove the manifold pressure tube to remove fuel rail. What and where is this. Is it the large tube in front of the firewall

Ralph, The first thing you should do is take photos. Then label parts you take off. At a minimum, you probably need to remove the throttle links at the throttle capstan. Also any rubber or metal lines lying above the two fuel rails. If you take some time and study the specific location of the twin fuel rails, it should be relatively obvious what needs to come off above the rails. SD Faircloth
