1989 window seals

Any one know what the lower rubber seals are called? Mine don’t make contact with the glass and allow water in the door! Quick fix I will drill some drain holes under the door, but I would like to fix them if possible and available.

Often called window waist seals.

if it’s the back doors, part #'s are BEC5446 BEC5447

but check for yourself

David, the waist finisher/seals are p/n BEC5444 (RHF) and BEC5445 (LHF) and are listed as NLA, but by Googling you may get lucky and find some. Your door probably already has drain holes - my '94 does - if so make sure they are clear. I advise against drilling holes in the bottom of the door unless you treat the holes with rustproofing as it is impossible to keep all water out of the door and raw steel holes invite rust.

You could try this company to see if they have the correct profile for the drop glass seals, buy it in a length, cut it to the correct size and then fit them to the channels yourself. God Luck.
