The circuit board on the instrument cluster is showing its age and cracking. Losing lights and this cluster has little lighting to begin with.

These used to be available. On day someone is going to take a spare flex circuit board, put it on a flat bed scanner, take a scan, turn it into a vector diagram, and import it into a program that can turn that into some Gerber files that can be sent to one of many manufacturers who can make flex circuts fairly cheaply.
