1996 XJS 4.0 ABS light on

The OEM Jaguar part has a 90 degree bend at the top, but it’s pretty tall. Whether or not you could acquire the connector that was originally used with this Beck-Arnley or Dorman item and make it fit is an open question, but I wasn’t suggesting even trying. Rather, I’d probably rudely cut the top corner off that 45 degree connector, cut the cord off the original Jaguar sensor, strip the insulation back and solder the wires directly to the terminals in the connector. Then I’d probably pot the connector with RTV, all while arranging the wire to emerge at 90 degrees.

Someone would need to find out if polarity is important. It probably is. That means someone would need to find out which wire needs to be soldered to which terminal. And we’d need to know that for both the LH and RH wheel sensors.
