Description:This is from a 1961 engine number LB3251-8 with matching cylinder head. The previous owner rebuilt this in 1995 but didn’t install it until 2005. The car was never completed and put on the road. By the time I took possession four years ago the body was beyond restoration. I have neither started nor opened up the engine for inspection. It turns freely.

That was my first thought. Starboard = Green, Port = Red
