4.2 V8 Engine Number (2002.5)

Hello again.
I’ve just had the car on ramps, removed the Air Deflector, cleaned up and changed the oil and filter, and put everything back.
Forgot to look for the engine number which the book says:
“is stamped on an engine web on the left hand side of the cylinder block behind the engine mounting.”
This is a lazy question…but can the Engine Number be sighted with the car on its wheels and without removing the deflector?

Maybe if you have a borescope type camera and know EXACTLY where to point it.
Strong light and maybe a mirror, depending on the angle, but you should be able to find it with the car suspended. You will need to remove the plastic under cover.
