5 L and oil is on upper mark on the stick

This is strange,
It´s a 3,8 L block with a 150 sump in a 140. The stick is correct for the 8,5 L 150 sump.
But after just 5 L of fresh oil, the level is between the lower and higher mark on the stick.
I am puzzled,.!
The oil pressure is normal.

did you start eng to pump oil into filter.

I kept the filter this time.

I usually change the filter more frequently than the oil, if mileage is low.
