You may find that the"stops" that govern where the frame ‘stops’ when unfolded are worn and do not position It correctly…also the rubber around the window requires a deal of care when cutting…also test the inclination of the side glass in relation to the frame and get it as close as possible before covering…the metal frames that support the rubber around window may require some shimming to aligning correctly…The entire frame may be quite wobbly due to wear around the pivot bolts…shim there also…
