I was thinking Ford also, 'can’t quite make out the name on the valve cover but the distributor at the front means Ford to me.
I can’t imagine it going for half that price.
I should have known. The distributor is in the front where it belongs.

That was going to be my guess. The pictures were far to blurred to make it out. gee, he could have washed it!!!
The Fords fit just a bit better. Narrower than the SBC’s
