This subject is deeply and sadly fascinating to me. As reported a few months back in another section, I rate tested some (apparently) original, replacement and PU bushes. The results were interesting enough that I’ve since been upgrading my equipment for further testing. My aims are to find:
- which parts come closest to original
- what performance upgrades might be available as simple, reversible part changes
- anything else that looks interesting about bushes and mounts
