I stumbled on this piece last night. “This Weeks Cars” or something like that.
A dusty light blue sedan was retrieved from long storage. Would it run? Aye, a talented mechanic with no Jaguar experience tackled the task. The fixes included the distributor with points and condenser. The two carbs. and one of the two fuel pumps. Got it to run and drive, but only limited. Water pump remained frozen.
Neat, just tilt the center of the fascia nd fuses exposed…
