which wire is the constant power to the trip computer??

Purple wire coming from fuse #7

My diagram, shows that this changes to brown at the connector to the trip computer. I’m not entirely sure that’s correct…but it’s been some time since I was last rooting around back there so the foggy memory disclaimer applies

My diagrams show brown, permanent power, to the fuse, Dough - and indeed purple from the fuse through the connector to the trip computer…so…?

Thanks guys…the purple wire from fuse changing to brown at computer connection was indeed the problem…it was inadvertently grounded. All is good now😊
