You’re free to do this if you wish, but be aware that the forum is crawled regularly by search engines, and anyone can view your posts anonymously.
Sadly there are organisations which harvest websites for information, so if you’ve posted your phone number or email here on a public post, you have given them:
- The information that you can afford a Jaguar
- A contact detail
If you like receiving cold calls or spam mail about special offers, then posting this kind of information is a good way to go about getting it.
If you want someone to contact you then use the private message functionality.
