Air cleaner element C34348 for S3 from Moss

I purchased air cleaner elements C34348 for my S3 Etype from Moss Motors. The Made in China filters do not fit in the housings. They look the same as the Crossland branded filters that came out - but are slightly different and as a result they don’t fit. Anyone else expereience this.

Any recommendations?

Michael,
I have two recommendations. Try another source like SNG Barratt and see if they have OEM air filters that fit. I also recommend that you let Moss Motors know of your problem so they are aware of the issue. Otherwise they can’t fix it and someone else will have the same problem.

Hi Michael, Whenever I order any parts from any supplier I always ask for the country of origin. I just NEVER order anything from China for my 3 Jags. As Paul has said, I make sure to notify any supplier that theirs parts are not up to snuff.
