Here’s a test to see if i can post a photo of the underside of a cam cover to show a cast in groove for a gasket.

Another Jag shop called me for early cam covers as the customer car’s covers were cracked (photo). He also needed an early radiator that were only on about 100 cars and some other early stuff. These covers and other Jag stuff were bought by a friend of mine in England, then covid hit, and now i’m storing them till who knows when.

Let us see a shot of the tail end of them. That’s where the first version cam covers differ from all others.
