Anyone have this glove bx sticker

I once heard about a guy who had a Ford GT40 MkIV and was driving it on the road. Had it insured as a “1967 Ford coupe.”

INSURANCE ? what is that? i was 16 yrs old ,young, dumb, and full of cu#m.

1932 ford roadster, 1952!!, drove it all around town (0n and old plate) had a lot of fun!

Kirby , when building my XJS 1993/1995, i never read anything about your book, didnt even know it exsisted!

In to things I only have scant knowledge of:

  1. I suspect each state insurance dept. lays don the rating rules. diversity to the nth power.

  2. Like Ron, my early years were sans any insurance. Not req’d, not bought.

  3. I do recall one of the kids had a 32 Ford roadster. Nothing special at the time, It was merely a beat up old car. Top, fenders, hood, bumpers long gone . And oddly the panel between the cabin and the rumble seat was no longer there. An “extended” cabin. Its original V8 ran, sorta. Enough to get it down the road.
