Different car, very nice '63 OTS that didn’t meet reserve at 100K.
Cheers,

Work on your presentation:
‘Ready for restoration’
‘Easy fix’
‘Will be worth $100K+ when done’
‘May have been owned by the drummer for Steely Dan’
“Originally purchased by first owner.”
“ORIGINAL PATINA”…
Remember Patrick, It’s all in the wording! Bought new by original owner!!! I am still letting that one go through my head. Well, you can’t argue with the fact that it is indeed a true statement.
Ron
No…that’s not accurate. THIS is “Value Added patina.”
Has had all original factory bugs worked out.
The components on the car are on the car.
Original paint color with value added patina.
I’d have paid a premium for the “competition lash pads”. Paul
Maybe they were drilled, for “lightness?”
Yes indeed! Paul////
Nick,
Talked with Joe yesterday. Very knowledgeable and very attentive and understanding. He laid it out so that it all makes perfect sense. Sounds like he will market your car all over the world and he will run with it for 70 days. If it doesn’t sell, you owe him $295. As he said, the last thing he wants is to take anybody’s $295. I have one serious buyer to meet with, and then I will consider both Joe and BAT. Thanks for everyone’s ideas.
Ron
“Transmission is mostly good, with only 1 tooth missing. Very little rust except for the hole in the floor.”
All of the above are good but, lets not forget the most important one… It ran when parked!
