Seriously though, the way I’m thinking is those wires have been there since before I bought the car in 2011, if I hadn’t decided to pull my blowers out I wouldn’t have known about them, I’ve capped them off for the time being with rubber ends and taped them up out of harms way. I’ll re-visit the mystery at a later date, at the moment I’m feeling ‘car repaired out’ and just want to enjoy driving the thing for a while If I ever get to the bottom of it I’ll be sure to let you know, meanwhile a big thanks for your time, concern and help, very much appreciated cheers.
Totally understand and relate…as our cars get older the trouble-free days are fewer and further between so enjoy them while you can!
