Brake master Trap valve

The trap valve for my master is a bit buggered and a replacement seems to be unavailable from the usuals. It does not come with the seal kit. It is pn 10889 and is #7 on the diagram. The spring is fine but the pastic piece is loose in the spring and the edges are worn so it does not seat well on the spring. I see from the archives that this slows the return of fluid when the brakes are released. Anyone know of a replacement? Brakes work just fine without it.

When I have looked at trap valves, I always thought they were primarily to help with bleeding and to stop the pedal from sucking back fluid when released during bleeding
