Brake pipe end fittings

I am replacing some of the brake pipes on my 1960 XK150 and am confused by the pipe end fittings. There appear to be bubble ends and double flare ends used. The pipes have every indication of being original.

I am using an Eastwoods flare tool on 3/16 inch Cunifer pipe from Fedhill. Is there one correct end fitting or does it depend on the nut? Any help greatly appreciated

I’m in the process of re-furnishing a ‘65 ‘S’ and that has both bubble and flare, so I think you will find its correct. Happy to be proven wrong.
