I think the CTS is my next thing to check.

I had an intermittent no start, I’m pretty sure it ended up being a bad CTS connection, due to the sender AND the plug. It may or may not work, but unplug the CTS and see if it starts.

This is just about the finished product in pdf format. If anybody sees a mistake please let me know. There is always some extra information that could be added but I have drawn the line at a point where more would not really add to achieving the objective.
