Change automatic transmission fluid + filter

Hi,

Do I need something special to change the transmission fluid + filter of my XK8 4.0 (1999)?
According the documents a PDU (portable diagnostic unit) is needed. To read the oil temp?
I have an Icarsoft LR V1.0. Is that sufficient?
Something special needed to change the filter (after the sump removal)?

Just be careful. It took me two tries to get the level correct ( first time it was too low). If your test drive seems funny, take the time to re-check the level.

Might also want to change out the regulator valve, depending on which transmission your have.
