Chrome Moulding Identification

I keep finding oddities with some of my stuff that at first glance could be assumed to be standard Mk IV.

I have these among my extras awaiting re-chroming or disposal and only recently did I notice the subtle differences between the two styles. I have not removed any from my car as yet but externally the top ones match those on my Mk IV. The significant differences are: for the front pillar piece - the shape of the transition, the hole spacing, and the angle of the splay; for the centre pillar piece - the scalloped edges and the different locating pegs.

The question is, does anyone know what vehicle the bottom set suits?

Lower one MkV perhaps???

Peter

The lower ones are Mark V saloon.
Here are mine.

Thanks Rob, I thought they might be. These will be giveaways to anyone interested, or throwaways if nobody wants them. The problem is the high re-chroming cost versus the new cost. Often the latter is the better option.

The longer piece is also Mark V DHC.
The little shortie goes between the doors so only saloon. The chamfers are to clear the door trims because of the way the doors open, with the hidden hinges, unlike Mark IV.
