Ive been using this one on all my cars. It’s about half the price of what you’ve shown.
Let’s me check “p” codes and reset check engine light. I use an ELM27 dongle with various apps to monitor the car when I need to. This device is a cheap and easy code reader and nothing more.
I’m not at all familiar with what you’ve posted, I would have no reason to think it wouldn’t work as well.
There’s nothing all that unique about Code readers, as long as they support all the different protocols, which most, if not all, seem to do.
You won’t be able to read Jag-specific codes, like ABS and Transmission, but only the most expensive, or rare, devices can do that.
