[collectibles] MK I solid rims

Hello,

Does any one out there know of a solid rim diecast or model of a 58
Mk I 3.4? I have the 1/18 Maisto with wires on the way. I am going
to start restoring a 1/1 scale model and would like a couple of
models to play with paint colors.

I’m thinking of charcoal grey lower and dolphin grey from the
pillars up. I know, I know.

That’s NOT a standard color!!!

But wouldn’t it look cool???

Thanks,

Daniel–

Hello Daniel;

Triang Spot On made a very nice 1:42 scale model of a Mk 1 - long
obsolete, but can be found with a bit of searching on auction sites.

Daniel,

I've had some good luck finding models of my Jaguar's on ebay.

There is usually a wide assortment and if you don't see what you

want now, just wait a few days and search again. Of course when you see
what you want, you have to be prepared to win the bid.

Search under "Jaguar 3.4" or "Jaguar MK".

Eligor made a 1:43 scale Mark I model many years ago. You might
find one on E Bay. Mine is dark green with disc wheels in cream.–
