[collectibles] XKE Collection on Display

Hi All, been working on categorizing my collection for a while and
since the XKE is my favorite, I did them first. I will be working
on posting the rest of my collection as time allows. The XKE’s are
about 1/3 of the collection which is currently over 700.

Having attempted to organize and photograph my own collection,
I can understand the tremendous amount of work which went into
this. I salute you!–

At least it is a fun kind of sick!! I would appreciate the
pictures, even better, you could give me the cars. I am rather
cheap and that sounds a lot better than buying them but either way.
I know there are a lot of them out there I don’t have because they
are either to large or expensive but I am always looking and adding
to the collection. Just acquired another one the other day on
EBAY.–

You are right–hey there was a guy in JJ a few years ago in NC I
think that had a huge collection also–do you know him? He had even
bought one of those 120s from the UK (more than $3000)–

Very nice job on listing your collection. Also have been
collecting E-Type models for the last 25 years and now have about
400 with some doubles in different colors. Realize that there are
so many more out there. Good luck to the first one to reach 500.–

If you really want to see a lot of XKE models, check out
collecting diecast coming soon - Collecting Diecast . I think he says it is
900+ at this time of XKE’s only. Nice site for viewing also. My
problem is space. They do take up a lot of room unless you want to
keep them in a box somewhere.–
