[concours] 65 Coupe Interior question

So, the small chrome brackets mounted to the inner wheel
wells that support the cubby hatch door behind the seats.

The bracket mounting holes are clearly recessed as if for a
small machine screw but the brackets in my car are mounted
with pop rivets.

What is correct? Small screws or rivets?–

I believe that you are referring to the striker plates on the wheel arches that receive the sliding latches and if so J37 calls for pop rivets part # BD.11712/1.
