[concours] US Spec '69 Data Base

No good idea is original no matter how well intended (somebody, 1999 or
earlier).

In my gathering of information I find that brother John Walker already
provides a terrific list of all years by owner with significant data
available and there is a link to it off the parent of this list at:

http://www.xke-lovers.com/memberfiles/etypedat.xls

Assuming JW solicits new input, I’m going to contact him directly to see if
email addresses could not be an added field. That could be a big help for
those with specific questions about model years who are just starting a
restoration or at the show tuning phase.

Thanks for your inputs to date…I’ll be sure to cross-share any new ones
with John!

Thanks Bob: At this time I have about 130 entries. Another E-type list
member has put together a list that mainly lists the cars and owners with no
little technical data. I started my list because I thought it might turn
into a good resource for documenting the exact point of running changes by
Jaguar. AT some point in the future I hope to merge my list with the other,
solicit technical data from those on the other list and move the whole thing
to Mark Hicks “Jag Tips” site.

I will send you my 69 data in a seperate post.

Regards, John Walker

Dear listers, I am in need of an answer to an originality question. Was there
EVER a time that the dash center section on a 150 OTS was ever black? thanks
in advance.
