Driving to work the other day and I look in the rear view and I see smoke pouring from the rear so of course I pull over and look underneath. See a pool and splatter of what looks like atf under the rear of the tranny by the tail shaft. Check fluids regularly as I limp the car home all good. The third time I stopped to check no leak. I get her off the ground this morning no leak. I’m currently driving around like I was the other day to recreate circumstances no leak. Lost ! I also got under and cleaned up the area and still nothing 
Also now I just checked my oil and it’s low so what could be near this area to leak oil?
