Where does these wires connect to?. I can’t locate them on the wiring diagram I have

Seems like green/white, Janson - which is (originally) between fuel relay and the fuel pump. Check at the fuel relay - or possibly look for another connector with the same wire colour?

Where do the wires originate? If you include a photo of the plug I can look.

Clean off the wires and tell us what colors the wires are. What wiring diagram are you using?

Green with brown tracer and brown with black tracer
Again - where from? Green brown does several things iirc

The Green-Brown (GN) wire is for the A/C compressor clutch and the Brown-Black (NB) wire goes to the back of the alternator.
This information is easily found in the Series III Service Manual and the S57 Electrical Guide. I am not sure what document you are using to sort out your wiring, but if you don’t have these documents you will be wasting a lot of time unnecessarily while trying to figure out your wiring.
