Cool Cat fan behavior - Typical?

Phil,

If you get a chance, please send a picture and/or description of the divider you installed in your shroud.

Hey Robert…so sorry for the late reply!! Old age or something is affecting my memory! I needed the reminder!

I hope this is worth your wait. I realized when going through my photos, I don’t have any real good ones. But this is what I have.

I cut a piece of thin galvanized sheet metal into a Z that fit between the two fans. I then drilled and pop riveted this in place. It is not very complicated or hard to do. My understanding is that this will prevent air from bypassing the radiator should one fan fail.

Phil,

Thank you very much for this.

Your picture is worth 1,000 words and it is perfect.

Phil,

Thank you again for the picture of your divider. I have made a similar one and installed my two new Cool Cat fans.

Glad the pictures were of help! You won’t regret installing the CoolCat fans and the divider. Temperature will run rock steady! At least it does on my car!
Cheers
