Hi guys, I am looking for anyone in the Aylesbury area that could look at a car for me. It is a possible purchase as a previously restored runner and I am unable to go and look but feel a “pre purchase survey” may not have the required experience or empathy on an old classic. I am really interested in the usual MK2 body/suspension rust areas and an owner would quickly be able to check these. Expenses would be offered of course.
I am happy to take the chance on the engine etc. but do not want a rusty shell to fix as you can imagine.
