Yes, I have the chrome pieces. A little bit of pitting, but they polished up pretty nicely!
I’ll do as you suggest, so far, things are turning out well. The dips/curves in the dash pad above the instrument panel and above the glove box are, by far, the hardest part of this. Patience is the key.

Well, I know where to look to find a few minor mistakes, but overall, I am really damn happy about how this turned out.
The installation wasn’t too bad either. No AC made it easy to get my hand up behind the glove box for the 2 right vents.
What a difference!
