I am restoring a 1964 S1 DHC XKE. At this time i need a machine shop that knows about jaguars. In the future I will need the help of a mechanic. I am having trouble geting acurate evaluations of the shops near me.

Sport and Collector Car Center in Tempe are great E-type mechanics. They would have a recommendation of a machine shop.
Hi Wiggles. Glad to see your reply. I had done an extensive search without finding anything before I posted this. I was afraid I would have to rely on just the chest thumping advertizements to choose a shop. I looked again at your posts and found the recomendation of Kelly’s Machine Shop (1706 W. Hatcher Rd, Phx AZ. 602-395-1260) He is now at the top of my list of shops. He is also at the bottom of my list. He is the only one on my list. That’s ok I have time to research what needs to be done.
