I had trouble with the positive connection with the nut on it. Doesnt seem to line up perfectly. Was wondering if the wires are plugged in correctly. Thank you

Mine is an S2 so not like yours, but I will comment that your wires seem to be straining to reach the connections. Any chance you can get a bit more slack in the harness?
Doing that might allow the big positive cable to move 90° outward.

I see you have a clip around the harness and a ground strap in your photo . Do you know if that is correct?
I believe the strap was added by the dealer in Germany - there may have been a couple of things added by that dealer prior to delivery. No idea of the P-clip was also an addition.
