What I have are the dimensions of the plywood “stiffening” for the door pocket. In combination with the door panel itself, you can find your dimensions under the assumption that C = D. Please note that one photo is LHS and the other is RHS (but you should mirror these dimensions).

Just messured on my XK140, as on the car.
A= 18cm
B= 15cm
C,D= 7.5 cm
But the door pocket is not wood as bob’s, but more like cardboard.
Wood looks to stiff if you ask me.
