The electric locking mechanisms still sound off in the passenger door as the driver door cycles properly. I can hear it trying to lock/unlock4 times and then quit. neither door handle on the passenger door will work so if I can’t open the door at all how do I get the door panel off to work on it? Clearly not an electrical issue.

You might try to remove the passenger seat for more access. That is what I would do if it was my car or in my shop.
Set it back on the rear seats with some padding if it is too bulky/heavy to lift completely out.
