Door woodwork repair

At last, cracking on with the door timbers. The Utile is nice to work, but seems pretty tough.

The rear vertical panel is a complex thing to replicate, but as least Jag had the decency to machine a consistent chamfer all around the major curves on the outer surface so a tilt-bed bandsaw can be used for that.

The front panel (in the vice), is easier to cut overall (with none of the latch reliefs etc.), but the reverse chamfer visible towards the top is a bit of a challenge. Pic shows the rotten originals too, with the hefty split caused by the dumb welded hinge ‘repair’.
