Need info on correct routing and connection of ground cable. I
notice there is a bulkhead connection on the firewall behind the
battery. It appears that this is where the two ‘‘eye’’ connectors go.
I wouln normally run the neg cable to the block and then run
another cable back to the firewall. What was the original routing?–

Mine is attached to the bulkhead, you have the right spot. There is a
separate strap between the body and the transmission bellhousing.
What can I say? It is what it is.
