[E-Type] Digital Cameras/need Stephan Roundy's email address

Terry,
Listmember Paul Spurlock has been kind enough to send me digital
photos–maybe he can mention what brand of camera he’s using because the
depth of field, clarity of close-up areas and exposure has been excellent.
I also lost Mr. Roundy’s email address and would appreciate anyone
sending it. Thanks,

Terry,

You can find good prices for digital camerasat either photo stores or
electronic stores :

www.pricewatch.com and www.cnet.com have comparative pricing on all
things
computer and electronic related.

The big electronic retailers like circuit city (www.circuitcity.com) and
best
buy (www.bestbuy.com) have large selections.

Buy.com actually has an australian presence (www.au.buy.com) . (If
australian
prices are a problem, just look to the www.buy.com main site).

For photo stores, try:

www.cambridgeworld.com
www01.bhphotovideo.com
www.penncamera.com
www.ritzcamera.com
www.digitalcamerastore.com

Most have mail order operations along with the online credit card
transactions. Cambridge & b&h started as mail order operations and are
just
now getting to the web.

Hope that keeps you busy for a while.

not quite ready to go digital yet

Hi! Listers,

Hoping somebody can help me ?

I have been mucking around with taking photo’s scanning the results
etc,takes too long.

Whilst in the US I saw Digital Cameras for so much less $ then they cost
in
Australia, I should have bought one but did not.

Can anybody give me a contact for a Camera Shop in the US, one of the
large
good deal shops that do mail orders.

I have so many things I want to Photograph and make available to Listers
seems so much easier with a Digital Camera.
Thanks in advance

Terry

FWIW, I just got an RCA, CDS 4100, auto focus, and I am very happy with it.
