Joe,
I can highly recommend Leatherique, you will find their web site on
any search engine. They’ll custom match the leather dye color you
need with a 2’’ X 2’’ sample swatch. They also sell some of the best
preservation and restoration supplies for leather that I have ever
come across. This stuff turned my dry hardned seats on my first
XJ6 into soft and like-new feeling leather. I didn’t color those
but I purchased some dye for a friend who redid his 7 Series BMW
and loved the results. They have how to info on their web site too.–

I seem to remember someone selling biscuit interior paint,
or was that my imagination?

In the States Duplicolor is the hobbyist-oriented products and
SEM is the professionally focused brand. SEM has 50 interior
colors in their vinyl and leather dye aerosol line. I used
their Landau Black in my youngest MR2 turbo and it came out
looking showroom new.

Hi Joe,
I painted my black armrests to match the tan color of my new
upholstery kit. I used custom ordered paint to match obtained from colorplus.com. Recommended to me by OSJI. I was very pleased by
the results. Also can be seen on my website for restoration of the
white Etype.–

I just repainted the vinyl interior of my 68 2+2 after
installing new biscuit seats and I used SEM Color Coat
Palomino #15323 and it is a dead on match. Hope this helps.

Yes, that’s very helpful! There is no good way to see the
color, and the paint color matching options all seem to be
prohibitively expensive (almost as much as new biscuit arm
rests).
