[E-Type] Jaguar Wins NASCAR!

What the #@!!?

Los Angeles Times 2/13/04 Page D7. In an article highlighting
Toyota’s involvement in the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series, there is
a reference to other non-domestic participation in Nascar’s
history, namely a 1953 Jaguar (XK120 or MkVII, not specified)
driven by Al Keller and owned by orchestra leader Paul Whiteman.
The Jaguar won at Linden NJ June 13, 1954.

Take that lumpers!
