[E-Type] Pascal's Wreck

Hi Pascal,

Just finished looking at the additional photo’s you posted. Since we
basically have the same car, I’ve found the photos very informative. It
must have been hard for you share the wreck photos since its obvious by
your posts you truly love the car. Hope the repairs go smoothly and that
you are healed up and back driving the E soon.

PS - you and I have the same Nardi steering wheel, all be it, yours has
less “dish” than mine

thks Mike,

back pains are much better now, still feel it and I still can’t put weight
on my shoulders, but it’s healing.

The second thing I did whne I got out of the car ( the first one was making
sure the @%$@#$ driving the minivan was ok ) was to look at the damage and
it seemed pretty clear that the shell was intact. Knowing that it was
repairable helped… I thought that such pictures are (fortunately) rarely
available but very informative and I will add more as they tear down
everything (hopefully this week).

I want to see exactly how the rail frames sheared. The way they sheared and
absorbed the impact is the key to saving the car, I guess Jaguar crunched
quite a few cars at Le Mans and other tracks, they learned from that.
