i got so sick and tired of trying to pry off those dumb rubber mounts
that i got a propane torch and set them on a controlled fire. keep
the garage door open. the rubber really smells. also do it while
your wife is out shopping. keep a fire extinguisher handy. i don’t
recommend this for everyone. it worked for me. strange though, you
would think that this ingenious method would be in the bentley manual,
but i could not find it.
