[E-Type] Rear Ride Height Adjustment

Alex,

I always understood that the 4.2 procedure brought you to the same
place as the old 3.8 version, except it works no matter what tires
you have on. I always use the 4.2 method…

The drawings I saw for this method show the centerline of
the stub axle projected back through the fulcrums and I
could never seem to measure it well. As the datum for the
measurements is a single point on the floor and the
resultant is a the distance between the center of the stub
axle and the pivit point it will take out tire inflation and
type from the equation.

I could just not get it to work for me. In the end I used
neither and went for the wishbone angle instead but that is
my preference.

I just use the center of the wheel spinner to get the ‘‘A’’ height.
The diagram can be confusing, though.
