in the hopes of calling on your considering expertise, i would like your
opinions on rust proofing when doing a frame off restoration. i was inclined
towards dipping, but images told me that it tends to “settle” after 3 years
messing up the paint. thanks - john
I had the inner sills (after welding) and inside door panels hand
brushed with the new epoxy primer, nice and thick.

I believe there is a real detailed step-by-step write
up with pictures done by a lister on rust proofing the
E at the Jag-Lovers home page. gives details on where
to drill little holes what products to inject/spray
etc.
