E-Type S2 misfiring at full throttle until engine is hot

Ya I see that don’t think he tried it, it’s a way of tuning old carbs ,I think they could also change the springs as they came in different Color’s to represent there strength . I don’t know anything about the timing curves on these ignition kits it gets in to R and D .

The problem here is that distributors advance springs weights original curves and vacuum unit were built for fuel that in the 1960’s was a lot different than today…… they need to be calibrated for todays fuels or alternatively get a 123 type dizzy
